ShippingItems ordered together are not always shipped together. Digital products such as assessments will be available within 24 business hours. Domestic Shipments :
Orders will ship on the same day if placed before 3pm EST. Orders will ship within the Contiguous United Stated (48) via UPS Ground Shipping unless a UPS Second Day or UPS Next Day is selected when placing your order. Take Flight Learning is not responsible for delays in shipping due to inclement weather.International Shipments :
All international orders are shipped using UPS. All pricing is based on U.S. funds only. Free shipping or discounted shipping promotions are not applicable to international orders. Additional taxes, tariffs, Customs, or shipping/handling expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Your Tax ID/EIN Number must be provided when your order is placedfor the package(s) to be shipped via UPS otherwise, the materials will not clear Customs. Take Flight Learning is not responsible for delays in shipping due to Customs clearance.
Return PolicyIf you are not 100% satisfied with your order, store.takeflightlearning.com will accept return of your order within 30 days of receipt for a full credit or refund less shipping and handling this does not include any downloaded products or completed online assessments. After 30 days, if your return is approved, a restocking charge of 20% will be deducted from your refund. All products must arrive at our warehouse in unused, resellable condition. Returns must be shipped prepaid by UPS or other traceable and insured means. Note that some products, such as software, downloads, and other content, may not be returned. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
